Rajasthan High Court to give verdict in Gehlot Vs Pilot case

The battle between the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and the then Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot faction reached the High Court in the ruling Congress government in Rajasthan. 19 MLAs, including Sachin Pilot, had appealed in the High Court against the disqualification notice received.

After knowing the pilot side and the Rajasthan government's side on July 21, the division bench of Chief Justice Inderjit Mohanty and Judge Prakash Gupta fixed the date for the verdict on July 24.
