Rahul Gandhi has gone mad, he needs treatment: Narasimha Rao

GVL Narsimha Rao talked to ABP News and said that Rahul Gandhi that Rahul Gandhi has gone mad. He said that Rahul's mental condition has been detoriated annd he can be called as Mad Gandhi. Along with Rahul Gandhi, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary should also be admitted to the mental asylum and be given a treatment, Narsimha further said.
