Put Lakshmi on currency to improve economy: Swamy

BJP MP in Rajya Sabha and a former professor in Harvard Subramanian Swamy has made a bizzare suggestion to improve the economic condition of the country. Swamy said that if we print a photo of Goddess Lakshmi on the currency note, then the economy will improve.

Now the question is, are the senior leaders in BJP relying more on superstition rather than carefully planned policy to improve the economic health of the country?
