Punjab: 40 more pilgrims test corona positive, total tally mounts to 1076
In Punjab, 40 more pilgrims have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The total tally has risen to 1076. Out of these, 633 are returnees from Maharashtra's Nanded.
Former Chief Minister Of Maharashtra and current PWD minister Ashok Chavan has blamed Punjab government for the outbreak of coronavirus in Nanded. As per Chavan, the virus spread in Nanded due to the staff of 78 buses which came from Punjab to take the pilgrims in Nanded.
