Himachal Pradesh BJP chief Rajeev Bindal resigned on the basis of 'moral grounds'. Bindal took the extreme step after the Director of Health Department was arrested for seeking bribe worth crores to buy PPE kits.
After this, Congress accused BJP HP Chief of being party to the crime. 
Investigation in the case is underway.
