Police circulates picture of gangster Vikas Dubey

It is diffcult for common man to identify gangster Vikas Dubey so Police has ciruculated photgraphs of gangster Vikas Dubey and put up his posters in Faridabad. On Tuesday afternoon, police conducted a raid at the Faridabad hotel. Dubey had left the hotel by then. Later, three men were arrested from different locations in the city.
