Police arrests another accused in Kanpur encounter

Kanpur: Police have arrested Daya Shankar Agnihotri, an accomplice of history-sheeter Vikas Dubey in Kalyanpur. Agnihotri was arrested following an encounter last night. Agnihotri is one of the accused in the killing of eight policemen on Friday in Bikru village. He was intercepted by the police around 4.40 a.m. in Kalyanpur area.
