PM Modi distributes land allotment certificates to indigenous people, says way to 'Atmanirbhar Assam' is through 'Atmavishwaas'

PM Modi gifted a plot to more than one lakh landless people in Assam. In this program, PM Modi said, "in view of the importance of Sivasagar, the government is taking necessary steps to include it in the 5 most iconic archaeological sites in the country." He added "when our government was formed in Assam, at that time there were about 6 lakh native families who did not have the legal papers of the land. But the government here under Servanand Sonowal ji worked with sincerity to remove this concern".
