PM Modi calls out 'Chinese expansionism' from Leh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a surprise visit of Nimu area in Leh on Friday amid the continuing stand off between India and China along the Line of Actual Control. In an address to the troops stationed in the area, PM Modi hailed the bravery of our bravehearts and called the expansionist policies of China.

Meanwhile, China was caught off guard by PM Modi's move and released a statement urging that both sides should not make moves that would further escalate tensions in the region.
