Plea to ban Nikah Halala: SC to decide over dates in 2020

A plea to ban Nikah Halala and polygamy was submitted in the Supreme Court and now the apex court has decided to hear the case after winter holidays. The Supreme Court said that the date of hearing in the case would be decided after winter holidays and then the hearing would begin.
