Pilibhit youngsters resort to celebratory firing, SP assures action

This is the second video from Uttar Pradesh's Pilibhit which is going viral for all the wrong reasons. Both the videos had a few youngsters resorting to celebratory firing. In this video, two men are seen indulging in aerial firing atop their house. The SP of Pilibhit, Jaiprakash, has assured strict action.
