Parliament Monsoon Session : Tussle over Delhi service bill and Manipur expected

The Monsoon session of Parliament is set to become more turbulent as the government is ready to present a bill to regulate services and officer appointments in Delhi. Manipur issue is likely to be discussed in Rajya Sabha today. Government blamed the opposition for stalling the proceedings of the house.
