Pakistan tried to encroach India's territory in 1999: PM Modi in Mann Ki Baat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while discussing Kargil Vijay Diwas in his Mann Ki Baat programme, said that Pakistan had made relentless efforts to encroach Indian territory and attempted to divert attention from its internal strife. India was striving to have good relations with Pakistan at that time, but as they say, the wicked are naturally inclined to trigger animosity with everyone without any reason.
