Former Congress president and MP Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi are on their way to Hathras with 35 Congress MPs. Rahul's convoy is currently on the DND flyover, but a heavy police force is stationed there along with the Congress workers. The DND has been heavily jammed.
