ABP News Bureau   |  16 Sep 2020 10:58 AM (IST)

In view of increasing onion prices in the domestic market, the central government has banned the export of all varieties of onion. The government has taken this decision to increase the availability of onion in the country and to reduce the price of onion in the domestic markets.

The increasing price of onions has had a significant impact on the pockets of the common people. The export of any item below the MEP rate is not permitted.
