Now rioters to pay for recovery of destruction of public property in UP

The Uttar Pradesh government has tabled an ordinance over recovery for the destruction of public or private property from the rioters themselves. The ordinance clearly states that the recovery amount would be paid by the rioters involved in a violent protest.
