Not serving or charging for food from train passengers due to COVID: Northern Railways GM

Northern Railways GM, Ashutosh Gangal, was talking to ABP News as few passengers complained about paying for food whereas no food was provided during the journey. At this, the GM clarified that no food charges were asked from the people as due to COVID norms bedding and food services were stopped.
