Not jail, celebrities should be sent to rehab: Maha Min Nawab Malik | Bharti-Harsh Drugs Case

Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik over Bharati-Harsh Drugs Case said that instead of jail, the celebrities should be sent to the rehabilitation centers when found consuming drugs. 

"Jail is for those who supply drugs to the celebrities and other people," added Nawab malik. 

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested television comedian Harsh Limbachiya early on Sunday, for alleged possession and consumption of a banned drug, Marijuana, a top official said.
