No official record of martyr CO's letter: SSP in Kanpur encounter case

As per latest update in Kanpur encounter case, SSP has revealed that no official record of martyr CO's letter has been found.

Earlier in the day when ABP News went to Kanpur IG, Mohit Agarwal, to get the details over the allegations made by martyr CO, Devendra Mishra, against Chaubepur SO Vinay Tiwari. IG told that the file related to the case has reached him and investigation was underway.
