No new year parties post 10 pm: Kerala govt releases stern guidelines

After Mumbai and Delhi and Kolkata, the Kerala government released New year guidelines. As per the guidelines, people will not be allowed to party post 10 pm on December 31. The government said that all the events and parties would have to end before the deadline or there would be fines.
