No Congress candidate for Bhabanipur Bypolls

In a recent update from West Bengal politics, Congress will not contest their candidate for Bhabanipur Bypolls. Meanwhile, TMC chief Mamata Banerjee will begin rallying on 8 September for the same.  Bypolls will be held in Bhabanipur on September 30 and results will be declared by 3 October - cementing Mamata's third stint as West Bengal CM.
