NGT bans sale and use of crackers in NCR from Nov 9 to Nov 30

The National Green Tribunal has banned the use and sale of crackers in NCR from the midnight of November 9 to November 30 in order to keep pollution under control. The rule will be implemented in those areas too where the air quality was low or poor.
