New U'khand CM will be decided today: Madan Kaushik

Madan Kaushik said that the new CM of Uttarakhand will be decided today. Attacking Congress he said, the party insulted people's mandate for 4 years. 

A day after Uttarakhand chief minister Tirath Singh Rawat resigned, the Congress on Saturday hit out at the BJP over the political instability in the state, accusing it of being power-hungry.
