New Delhi Police Commissioner SN Srivastava takes charge, urges for communal harmony

New Delhi Police Commissioner SN Srivastava has taken charge as Delhi Police Commissioner and addressed the media over Delhi clashes. He said, "We have started a massive outreach programme in order to ensure communal harmony. Under this programme our police officers talk to people and help them build trust among themselves and their neighbours." He did not react to the accusation of Delhi police missing from the ground zero when clashes were underway.
