New Army Chief MM Naravane warns Pakistan indirectly

The new Indian Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane has issued an indirect warning to Pakistan. He said that the Indian Army was ready and alert at all times along the LoC. He further said, "As far as neighbours are concerned, they are trying to use terrorism as a tool of state policy, as a way of carrying out a proxy war against us. However, this state cannot last long. As they say, you cannot fool all the people, all the time."
