Nepal chokes repair work at Gandak dam, can lead to flood in Bihar

In another ugly move, Nepal has stopped the repair work at the Gandak dam ahead of monsoon. This may lead to massive destruction in Bihar once again as the danger of flood looms large.

State minister Sanjay Jha informed that on the eighteenth gate of the dam, Nepal has put up a barrier which has caused a blockade in the repair work which was done by Indian engineers
