Nehru said diff b/w Hindu refugees & Muslim immigrants is mandatory: Modi

Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi in his Lok Sabha address while attacking opposition said that Pandit Nehru himself was in favour of protecting minorities in Pakistan, I want to ask Congress, was Pandit Nehru communal? Did he want a Hindu Rashtra?. In a letter to them Assam CM, Nehru said, 'You have to make diffrence between Hindu Refugees and Muslim Immigrants'.
