Negligence of UP health department creates hurdles for Divyang

In Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad, a physically 'divyang' student was given the certificate of mentally 'divyang'. This goof-up on behalf of the UP's health department has put Johnny's future in jeopardy.

Johnny had passed class 12 recently and wished to get admission to ITI but due to the wrong certificate, his troubles have increased.
