National policy needed for Chinese investment: Saamana

Shiv Sena's mouthpiece Saamana has written an article over Indo-China border issue. American and European companies are wrapping up their investment in China and India is trying to invite them in. Saamana has advised Indian government to make a national policy over Chinese investment in India.
