Mystery fever in UP: What is it and why is it spreading?

Mystery fever has gripped Uttar Pradesh and it is spreading as well. The death toll due to 'mystery fever' is increasing continuously as well. So far, more than 71 people have died and out of them, most were children. The worst condition is in Firozabad. So far 50 people have died of fever here.
