Monsoon Updates: Rain wreaks havoc across the nation | Matrabhumi

Rains are wreaking havoc in both the Telugu states under the influence of southwest monsoon and cloud burst. A low-pressure area formed in the northwestern Bay of Bengal over north Odisha now extends 7.6 km above the mean sea level along the coast of West Bengal, North Odisha and its surrounding areas. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that there will be moderate to heavy rains in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry's Yanam region on Monday.
