Monsoon mayhem in Himachal Pradesh: 241 tourists stranded in Lahaul & Spiti, rescue operation underway

Monsoon rains wreaked havoc in Himachal Pradesh.  A search operation is underway in Lahaul and Spiti as over 240 tourists have been stranded.
