MMRDA to start the annual arts festival near 'Matoshree'

Mumbai is considered to be the biggest hub of artists and art lovers. Mumbai's Kala Ghoda Festival, where hundreds of artists from all over the country join to exhibit their art, becomes the center of attraction for art lovers. But now another art festival will be organised in Mumbai which will be named BKC Art Festival.
