Meet family of slain Delhi Police constable Ratan Lal | ABP Special

Ratan Lal was a constable in Delhi Police who was killed by a mob during violence in North East Delhi. Ratan hailed from Sikar, Rajasthan and stayed in Delhi's Burari with his family.
