Meerut: Auto-driver tries to commit suicide after police torture; officer suspended

An auto-driver in Meerut tried to commit suicide after police torture. A police officer named, Rajiv Puniya has been suspended in the case. The police officer used to extort money from the drivers and beat them when denied. The auto-driver is hospitalized.
