Man arrested for threatening to blow up to Mumbai's Mantralaya building

Mumbai police arrested a man from Pune after a fake call was received regarding a bomb placed in Mantralaya. A case has been registered at Mumbai's Marine Drive Police Station. According to the report, the accused, Shailesh Shinde was frustrated after his son's admission was denied.
