A convoy of state BJP chief Dilip Ghosh was attacked near Alipurduar. Protesters against the attack showed black flags and raised 'go back' slogans.

He said that Mamata's party TMC is full of mafias. 

'It's nothing new, I have been attacked many times earlier. As BJP is gaining popularity in the state so these attacks are being carried out by TMC as they are frustrated. We need a change in Bengal to stop political violence', said Ghosh
