Maj Gen (retd) GD Bakshi decodes Xi Jinping's message to Chinese Army

Speaking to ABP News, Maj Gen (retd) GD Bakshi said that China's attitude since the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic has been erratic. Bakshi said that China has been escalating tension across all its borders, be it in the East China Sea, South China Sea, and has taken unprovoked actions against Vietnam and Malaysia. Now China has set its eye on India. Bakshi further added that China is trying to instigate Pakistan and Nepal against us.
