Maharashtra carves in three Covid-19 risk zones

Maharashtra has faced the worst of the Coronavirus pandemic. Hence, now the state is being carved into three risk zones: Red, where the risk is the highest; Yellow, where the risk is medium and Green where the risk is at its lowest. Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Pune, Raigad, Sangli and Aurangabad will be a part of the Red zone. Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Satara, Kolhapur, Ahmednagar, Jalgaon, Osmanabad, Beed and Jalna will be a part of the Orange zone.
