Madhya Pradesh CM helpline terms a complainant as 'mentally unfit'

Rahul, a resident of a village in Bhinda district of Madhya Pradesh, filed a complaint about a faulty hand pump in his village on the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister helpline number. The response to his complain was bizarre to say the least. The engineer responding to the complaint wrote in the response that the complainant and his family are mentally unfit and its time we deal with them like China's Guerrilla warfare strategy. The engineer also threatens to dig the hand pump in the complainant's chest.
