Lok Sabha Polls: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has Started Campaigning As Soon As He Came Out Of Jail
After Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal walked out of Tihar jail after 50 days, would be visiting Connaught Place's Hanuman Temple on Saturday and hold a roadshow in South Delhi alongside his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Friday met with AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal, who was granted interim bail by the Supreme Court earlier in the day. Soon after the decision came, Mann set off for the national capital and arrived at the Tihar jail. The move has enabled Kejriwal to campaign in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. In a show of solidarity, Mann had thanked the apex court and said that the Aam Aadmi Party’s commitment to safeguard democracy would intensify now.
