Let us get the facts straight: Jaishankar's rebuttal to Rahul Gandhi

On Thursday, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi sent out an agressive tweet and released a video asking why were our soldiers unarmed in Ladakh and who sent them there without weapons? The aggressive charge was comprehensively diffused by a direct response from External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar who tweeted, "Let us get the facts straight. All troops on border duty always carry arms, especially when leaving post. Those at Galwan on 15 June did so due to long-standing practice (as per 1996 & 2005 agreements) of not to use firearms during faceoffs."
