Kullu: Rescue operation of two people stuck in flash floods

Kullu, Himachal Pradesh: Two people who went to extract wood from the river were stuck in suddenly swollen river. They were rescued by the locals with help of tubes. Monsoon haven wreaked havoc in many parts of the country.
