Know why did MP villagers beat up forest officer with slippers

The Sarni villagers were captured on camera as they beat up a forest officer outside the forest department in Madhya Pradesh. The villagers were seen beating the man up with slippers and plastic bottles. 

The reason behind the incident was that the man indulged in indecent commentary and behaviour towards women. Take a look
