Know Indo-China dispute over a dam near border

ABP News correspondent reaches Indo-China border in Bihar's Champaran. A dam was being constructed o the Indian side on the river which flows from East Nepal. But now the construction has come to a halt after Nepal raised objection. Dam is being constructed for the ease of villagers who stay near border.
