Kanpur encounter: Know what did martyr CO write to Anant Dev Tiwari about SO Vinay Tiwari

As per latest update in the Kanpur encounter case, DIG Anant Dev Tiwari's role will be probed too. He had ordered not to take any action against Vikas Dubey when he was at SSP post in Kanpur.

Earlier, ABP News went to Kanpur IG, Mohit Agarwal, to get the details over the allegations made by martyr CO, Devendra Mishra, against Chaubepur SO Vinay Tiwari. IG told that the file related to the case has reached him and investigation was underway.
