Kailash Vijayvargiya on giving tickets to actors, 'Can't celebrities be leaders?'

Kailash Vijayvargiya was talking to ABP News exclusively and told why tickets were given to actors. He said that even celebrities can be leaders and they should hence be given a platform to showcase their leadership skills. He also said that the BJP would win the West Bengal elections and form government as well.
