J&K: PSA slapped on Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Thursday booked two former chief ministers of erstwhile state of Jammu and Kahsmir - Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti - under the Public Safety Act (PSA). 

Both the leaders of Kashmir are already under detention since the past six month after the Central government scrapped Article 370 in the Valley. 

National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah was detained by J&K administration under the provisions of this law.
