In Jantar Mantar Case, Ashwini Upadhyay & others are being presented in the court via Video Conferencing.

After initially being detained, former Delhi BJP spokesperson Ashwini Upadhyay and five others have been arrested by Delhi Police in connection with "inflammatory sloganeering" near Jantar Mantar on Sunday.
