J&K's Kishtwar cloud burst update: Unfavorable weather condition hampers rescue operation

4 bodies recovered and around 40 are reported to be missing after a cloud burst in Jammu  & Kashmir's Kishtwar district. Kishtwar town is around 200km from Jammu, and is a remote area in Kishtwar district. Teams from the Indian Air Force are expected to join the rescue operation shortly to join shortly.
